Black Star

This was made in unity for Ludum Dare 42's theme "Running out of Space. It is a top-down shooter similar to the class game "Asteroids", however, you must shoot the debris before it gets sucked up into black holes. Black holes are death zones that grow whenever they consume something, so the player must try to keep them from growing as much as possible. 

Black Star is an unwinnable game. Instead, the challenge comes from trying to last as long as possible as space itself slowly devours you. Players will get a unique experience every time, as they try to see how long they can last in the cold vacuum of space.
